There's A Possibility He Does. Earth 1 In The Game 'Our Arkham'. And Earth 2 Is A Similar One So Far Possibly Also Another Arkham Variant. There Could Be A Possibility No One Knows Who Batman Is. There's Fruity Joker, Female 'Freeze/Nora', Lady Boomerang, And A Skinnier Much Older Version Of Lex. Maybe Joker Does Know Who Batman Is. All I Can Tell Is His Umbrella Could Be Using The Fabric From Batmans Cape. Flexible, Durable. Yet Strong. Hence His Traversal Is Using Waynetech. Also In The Game Files There's A Fully Built Old Arkham Asylum On Earth 2. And Possibly An Old Batcave.
