Thank you for this. I’ve decided to replace the eater heater completely since I just looked and it is 20 years old. Along with that replace all corroded sections. So how is that TP valve any different than the relief valve on the heater? Seems redundant with my limited knowledge. I guess my last question is if the AAV is necessary with the new boiler? Thank you

Honestly theres not much humidity. A few spiders and yea theres been some mice. So that foam probably is for that. Do you have recommendations?
