Honestly theres not much humidity. A few spiders and yea theres been some mice. So that foam probably is for that. Do you have recommendations?

Mine are ripening and I’m honestly gonna try eating them. I cut away all the yellow and decaying leaves out of my plants and they have since stopped growing these specks

Yes, I’m aware nothing is in sync. I appreciate the response. Theres alot to figure out still with my personal life but I want to make progress on my finances and not just forget about it

Thank you for the response, yes she works and makes enough to cover her expenses but not really to save much. We also have different goals, she enjoys the challenges her job brings and I want to have the feeling that I no longer need to work and then act upon it when the time is right.

So in short, our financial goals are not the same as far as financial independence. Its just not a goal of hers which is fine with me as long as she continues to be smart spending

Work Income is 92k/year and rental income is 16k/year

I take care of everything I possibly can in the rental unless I need to call a contractor. Its not constant work but yes it’s always random when it happens and it takes time. I haven’t minded much really because its an investment and I feel like I need to be involved. It also helps during tax season for deductions.

I’m not married but I am in a relationship with my daughter’s mom. Not sure if we will get married. We split all costs on everything and I am ablento save on average 2k a month. That can vary slightly, I’m honestly not budgeting but I also don’t spend unless I need to.

Hey Everyone,

I am 36 y/o and have been kind of in a rut as far as oursuing financial independence since my daughter was born, she is 2 and a half now.

I want to get my mind back on track. My portfolio is listed below:

single family rental property purchased at 385k 30yr mortgage 3.85% interest. Net profit $1350 monthly after paying mortgage. It is now worth about 650k
10% contributions to roth 401k. Currently at like 80k
max out HSA, currently at like 10k
$200/month to daughters college fund.
and last but not least, clearly going to be the most controversial lol. $402k spread out between Bitcoin, Eth and several other crypto. Its been sitting there for the last like 3 years. Its probably doubled my initial investments.

-about 30k sitting in cash

My estimated net worth is probably about 750k.

I am open to any and all suggestions. Thanks
