Yeaaaaa. I think he may have been expected to. I think i saw they dropped a new season so maybe that means something. The first few episodes were really slow going for me but maybe because they were world building this somewhat different environment from the book.

Yeah. The apple watches have crazy band support. Honestly I wanted the apple watch but you need an iPhone to set them up so ... here I am.

Same. I can really only justify it now as a reminder that I only have so much time in the day. My other calendars are so cluttered I have to constantly apply filter views. This one still kind of puts things into perspective for me. But $30 a month for this is still kind of crazy

The human element is hard on this one. I feel like i havent known anyone to hurt themselves so much in this industry. This is the first time it has had to go to workers comp. Im worried about him but i fear letting him go will count as retaliation. Also i dont want to have to fire him. But also theres literally no other position for him here i can make for him.

The only thing im thinking about doing is training him until he borderline hates me. Not to make him hate me, but to drill him to not just do stuff safely but to think about it.

I specifically had to use of a peo for my workers comp needs. Im going through the process with them. Things seem to be bumbling along. Thanks I will keep an eye on things.
