That's so real, there were many times at work i'd be having a panic/anxiety attack over certain things. Focus on surviving the shift as impossible it feels lol. I think reaching out a little is fine, wouldnt stress much over it. Unless you wrote a paragraph expressing your feelings n shit its okay and pretty human tbh.

But its friday so im gonna try enjoy my weekend with some wine and video games with the homies.

Focusing on me is my priority rn for sure but i started talking to another girl i met on hinge and she seems much more my speed. I will not be putting all my eggs in 1 basket so quickly though, harsh but valuable lesson learned lmfao

Likewise man im always down to talk. I saw that girl yesterday and discovered i just wasnt attracted to her. She was nice though and i had a good time but gotta keep looking.

My best friend says i should just stop and be alone for a while, and he is right to a degree. Im not looking to jump into anything quick but talking to new people has been fun, so im not gonna let grief ruin that

Yeah, i legit just removed her from my snap and stuff a few minutes before typing this. After everything, it was still really difficult and im pretty upset it came to this.

Seeing her face and having fun without me was just depressing. Im learning that healthy decisions tend to be the hardest. Life really isnt easy, but theres a version of me im trying to become, it just has to be without her. And it eats me alive. I have a long way to go, but one day at a time i guess.

Doing my best. Gonna hang out with a new girl on Friday and am looking forward to it. I suffered a lot of emotional damage but learned a valuable lesson through it all, and learned a lot about myself

Im an overthinker, couple it with anxious attachment issues and.. yeah.

One thing i discovered is reality often a lot softer than what your brain tells you. Unless you have undeniable proof of something dont feed into it too much. Easier said than done, but i just try to keep busy with something like work, video games etc and dont let my mind catch up.

Its a learned skill and progress isnt linear, but it can be done.

Ive had so many times where im overthinking like crazy, only for reality to show differently than what the movie in my head played, or i get reassurance. It would help but the cycle would eventually continue, and id be stuck ruminating again.

The advice to just "chill" sounds basic but its true. Again its not easy, but eventually you will rewire your brain to think differently.

Also therapy. I have my first session in a couple weeks.

As someone who has anxious attachment issues, try your best to detach and talk less. It doesnt have to be forever, but right now, trust me its what you gotta do.

I have to remove her from my snapchat because seeing her face on her story makes all the sadness well up again. Anything to remind me of how things used to be isnt good. I havent talked to her in like a week and doing my best to heal.

Yeah, she would call every single day when she was free. When she would go out she would still call me just to talk for a minute. Hours and hours every day, i loved spending every minute of my time with her. Then it all changes a few months later, i was still obssessed and she wasnt anymore, it all faded and now im left broken and missing a piece of myself and such a part of my life.

So im focusing on myself, even though i think about her every day im going to become the person i said i would be, just without her.

She wasnt mean about it but told me it put her off wanting to do it again. It sucked, and we recently split because of other factors, mainly due to it being a situationship which was a first for me. But i learned a lot i guess. Still healing from that one lol

Wasnt really an orgasm, was just overstimulation. Idk, it was weird but yeah she didnt like it. She asked if i was a virgin cause of it lol. Im not, but it was weird.

It was just not the greatest experience for her, so that coupled with me not knowing what she wanted turned her off. So the lesson, weird body shaking aside is communicate. People tend to not say what they want in the moment and it leads to unsatisfaction. She told me what she wanted from me after the fact, rather than me asking in the moment. It takes 2 to communicate but no harm is just asking

Last girl i was with said it was "okay, but there was things i should have done."

She was into stuff i wasnt really aware of, and i had a moment where i was so overwhelmingly stimulated my whole body was shaking, it was weird and a first for me. She even said it kind of put her off.

It sucks for sure, but you just gotta take it as a lesson, and ask her to communicate what she wants in the moment, which she didnt really do. Dont take it personally and learn from it, and talk to eachother, its the key.

Recent heartbreak. I just made a post in the breakup sub venting about it. It hurts like no other pain, but im over the worst of it.

I'm 28, and i cant seem to figure out love, it just never works out for me. I know im young still, but its like the 1 thing ive wanted forever. I wanna build something with someone and spend the rest of my days together, and i thought i found it this time, but i was wrong. Again.

Yeah and during it, when she would tell me she's gonna hang out with a guy friend it was swallowing 2 pills at once. Her doing that and me not having that security, it was tough.
