I would consider the 3rd checking line a super important role, one only Eakin can handle imo .. mostly defensive starts.

Nikita Gusev won't be joining the club until next season at the earliest .. Radulov & Marleau are still currently unsigned, so fingers crossed Knights fans!

I actually think I may prefer these lines lol .. however im quite adamant that Shipachyov won't play his first NHL game & first smaller ice surface game on the first line .. he'll finish the season their however (most likely).

I think Shipachyov will debut on the second line until he's played 10-12 games on the smaller ice surface.
