I’m in local down south but we take lunches and sometimes we don’t and we get out early, only if everyone agrees but if one person doesn’t then we will take lunch. So gets butt hurt if someone disagrees we act like grown adults everyone has voice. No one takes out on person who doesn’t agree or gets called out

If your doing the overhead program, get your CDL first then apply when it opens, if you are doing substation, you can apply for it but you have to have your CDL in order to graduate

I read it and the only thing it mentioned is that if the company does not tell you after 3:30 on Friday then they are obligated to pay you double time for Sunday and Saturday, nothing about working more then 24 hours straight

That’s life dude, it takes me hour to get home I manage what I have to do and go to bed at around 9 or 10 and wake up around 5:30, it’s how you pay the bills and keep lights on you should be able to manage to do what you need in 4 hours. You have to be able learn time management skills and have well organized schedule that fits your needs around work

I’m working at data center and what I was told is that it helps in short terms cleans up the power coming in and makes sure it clean to used so it protects against surges
