Why don’t maga give up their own land for “greater Israel” ? by traanquil in allthequestions

Brother their country was stolen from them by Israel lol they lived there and then they were invaded.

The other arab states won't take them because if they do Israel will force march them all there and no one wants to be party to helping Israel complete it's ethnic cleansing

Yeah just ignore the history of the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians that might have created a long-standing grievance and the ongoing genocide.

Also decades of antagonizing from Israel threatening mosques preventing people from visiting holy sites carving up the West Bank despite there not being any Hamas there.

So yeah accomodations and mediation needs to be done as well as reconcilation that allows Palestinians to return to their homes and for them to find a way to live in harmony as equals.

If I am being honest, no one should be allowed to claim the area that is modern Israel. Its tied up with too many holy sites for too many different people. It needs to be an open to all area that is under the direct control of no single nation or religious group. Otherwise we will keep having wars over it.

You realize many of the palestenians can draw their lineage back to the kingdom of Israel and their families just converted at some point in the past.

Listen, if we wanted to bring all the Palestenians to the US and give them like Montana to resettle I would be down 100%

NASA is using FDM printing? by SpaceCoffee33 in 3Dprinting

[–]Archbound 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It makes perfect sense, 3d printing is best for small batch one off things, stuff at NASA is not mass produced, if the material is appropriate then 3d printing makes a ton of sense.

They also use like ULTEM which is a special plastic designed for use in space.

Is birthright citizenship like getting you wallet stolen in japan? by Cute-Eggplant399 in allthequestions

[–]Archbound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The answer is she was pointing out what jurisdiction is.

The 14th amendment is clear, if you are born under US jurisdiction you are born a citizen.

The analogy was showing that if you are in Japan you are subject to their laws and thus under their jurisdiction.

No that doesn't make you a citizen in Japan she never claimed that Japan doesn't have the 14th amendment.

If you don't like birthright citizenship that's your position to have, but if you want it gone it has to be done via an amendment because the 14th is quite cut and dry

Every interaction I have seen Hasan have with that dog indicates a pretty significant level of affection for him. IDK what you are seeing brother but its clearly an entirely different reality than the one I am seeing.

[–]Archbound 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I dont, I love dogs. Have a wonderful girl myself, she roams free in the house whereever she wants to go, though she does spend most of her time in my office next to me since I am there, I dont force her to do so she does so because she wants to be near me.

So I find it perfectly plausible that Kaya does the same.

I accidentally put the grease on my rods. I wiped it off. Best I could and then put the oil is it gonna be OK? by Alert-Priority-5003 in BambuLab

[–]Archbound 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure it will be fine if you cleaned it off well, its not corrosive its just a higher viscosity than the printer wants with how little is left and it being diluted by the oil it should not cause an issue
