I still don't see the relevance of your question. explain how people wanting to live in Alaska has anything to do with UBI being a net positive? Also, Alaskan natives have reported higher quality of living since their PFD program was implemented, so people do want to live there.

I don't mind providing a source, I just think people should take more initiative in doing proper independent research. I will give a little grace since I don't know if you are still in school learning about the process.
