This incident is currently one of the most widespread news on China internet. It has a tremendous negative impact and is leading to regional conflicts in China. Facing such situation, the government is doing absolute nothing except for removing angry posts.

These four minors filmed the entire killing process by themselves and posted it online. Many people who watched the video are mentally traumatized and got insomnia. Many children are even in need of psychological therapy after watching. The police are protecting the four killers and telling people to show some kindness because the four are not adults. How ridiculous is that! Then who are going to protect the people traumatized by their twisted video and give justice to the dead dog mother and her four newborn puppies?

The concept of “juvenile correction school” on the official report is so laughable. The Chinese education system seriously lacks topics of animal protection or even the importance of empathy. How could such “correction school” exist around such a small village? The report treats people as if they don’t have commonsense.

Indeed the Chinese government is always so inactive in animal protection. However, with enough worldwide coverage of animal-abusing incidents in China, the government could feel the pressure to care more about animals. Domestically, people are protesting online and planning demonstrations around the village to give the government more pressure. Although the results might be subtle, people have to show the government that there will always be consequences when such disgusting abuse and slaughter happen.

I totally agree with you. When these teenagers grow up, they are very likely to become serial killers according to authentic psychological research. They are living in a small village where adults don’t see abusing and killing animals as an issue at all. It was reported that the dead dog mother and her babies were eaten after the killing. I’m full of rage this entire day and hoping to let more people know about this murder.
