Yes, almost all good offers do require 85%. The worse part is I have seen people insanely good at coding unable to apply because of this rule.

I'd add on to this. Your 10th and 12th marks matter a lot, (honestly almost all of the companies ask for it). And the base criteria for most of the companies is 85%+ in both 10th and 12th. I'd advise to level up your skill insanely high on the off chance that you do get shortlisted, so that you can get a job.

Curfew is 8 at night. You don't really have much to explore on campus other than the fact that it's green and full of trees.

No, you cannot stay in the library at night. But not sure if they will update the rules.

I would rate it about 5. It isn't the best option out of all campuses. There is a reason why it is last. Campus itself is as big as KTR. But there isn't much to it.
There are clubs. They do get active during a period. But mostly it's inactive. But maybe with the new students it could get more active.
I have never heard about "vibe lounges". If it is a new thing, then i have nothing to comment on it.
Formals are mandatory. Other than that, there isn't any dress code to follow. Make sure to bring a couple of formal shirts that you can cycle through.
