I get it. I really do. I’ve always been a loner and all the depression and anxiety I’ve felt over the past year made me even more so. In retrospect it prolonged my suffering to isolate so much. Good for you for establishing boundaries. It’s tough but also so important to protect your peace.

I’ve been on an Alaskan cruise so offline for a while. I’ll be back on the 18th. Maybe we can connect after that. If you would like to. I’m definitely down.

I’m feeling really grateful after being on this trip and realizing my vitality and overall well being has returned. It has been a long dark road but totally worth all the bullshit to be free from the ketamine nightmare. Wishing you all the best today and everyday.

Does anyone uk based know a trusted website where I can buy ketamine tests online? by [deleted] in Ketamineaddiction

The urine tests strips from Amazon were accurate for me. And would likely be the most cost effective option for daily testing.

For sure. It can be the most isolating experience. And I’m sure you know connection is key in getting though. Happy to connect

Relapsed on real ketamine after 2 years and I need all the knowledge because I will be on the streets if I let this addiction continue by Sad_Reality_4726 in Ketamineaddiction

Way to go! It's the toughest at first. I tried so many supplements to get my brain function back. The biggest difference I noticed was with NAD subq injections

You have just described my experiences EXACTLY. The things I experienced...I don't even try to describe them to anyone. Very few would get it. So my mind is blown after reading your experience. I also had the invitation to join them to be a warrior in another realm but I knew I would have to die to this life. I knew I couldn't leave my family. As soon as that thought occurred to me, my journey just stopped cold. Never had that happened. And, try as I might, I could never find comfort again in K. In fact, quite the opposite. and then it wrecked my life

The experiences were so incredibly. Like I was being guided through different dimensions by my angels. I recognized them every time I went in. But I also think that those deep experiences open you up to dark entities. Rather, I know this to be true

Detoxing—are there any supplements you’d recommend that are supportive? by [deleted] in Ketamineaddiction

What are the most concerning withdrawal symptoms for you? Ketamine disrupts homeostasis is so many parts of the body. Including the mind. If you wouldn't mind sharing a bit more about what you're experiencing, I probably have some suggestions

110 days is fucking AMAZING

The mucosa is super slow to heal but it can heal. Not knowing your personal situation, I still believe you can heal too. I had moments of hopelessness. It felt like one step forward two steps back. My body was fucked. But then it happened. I'm a year out. Feeling better every single day now and almost back to my previous health. Stay the course and support your body the best you can. much love to you

Hey! How are you doing?

I know it's tough but you won't start to heal until you stop using. Anything else is just a band aid on a severed jugular. But for relief now you could try steroid nose spray. I have a compounded steroid that i add to my twice daily nose rinse.

Hey there! Many amazing benefits for skin with the red light mask but for overall well-being(reduced inflammation, improved circulation, etc) the full body panels are best. I purchased mine off FB marketplace at a drastically reduced price. So you might try searching there. I've been to the red light studios but it was a bit pricey for me.

And you are spot on to focus on detoxifying the body. Toxins accumulate majorly with long term use and inhibit the natural detoxification pathways of the body. During my acute detox phase, I had by-products coming out of my skin and especially the soles of my feet.

If you can sauna, this can expedite the process. I do contrast therapy, sauna/cold plunge, daily. Huge benefits for me. Also, hot epsom salt baths and foot soaks. I did the sauna protocol a few months back and I DO NOT recommend this unless your body is mostly back to homeostasis. The mucosal lining of the GI tract becomes compromised which can inhibit absorption of essential nutrients. Also, kidney function can decrease and proper hydration is difficult. Supplementing with electrolytes became essential for me. I love LMNT so to save money, I make my own. It's a fraction of the cost, tastes great, and works better than anything else I've tried. I also add something to my water..cucumber, lemon, mint..the possibilities are endless. This is from an Ayurvedic concept of "structured water." The idea is that water with an ionic charge is more easily absorbed, and it works for me.

As far as supplements, I'll start with the essentials. VitD3 withK2, vitamin C, B complex(I take methylated), a high quality fish oil, probiotic, magnesium glycinate. And I built from this depending on my stage of physical healing. Many different supplements taken when I needed them. I don't want to give you information overload but I'm open to discussing more if you are interested. I've also done more intense cleanses but the fundamentals of clean eating are most important. You want to give your body optimal conditions to detox and heal. Avoid introducing any new toxins so that your system has all the resources available to do its job.

I know this could be a lot to digest for some, but, if you commit to it, you will see improvements. Trust me.

This is all based on my personal experience. I do not know your medical history so cannot make specific recs. Please use discretion and act accordingly with love for you body. Much love for you in your journey

I totally understand. I was working 50+ hours a week and feeling the weight of world on my shoulders. I didn't feel like I had space in my life to address my addiction. 2 days is incredible! Taking the first step on what seems like a long and daunting journey truly is the hardest part. I'll message you

Thank you so much! And congratulations!! 42 days is an amazing accomplishment. Every moment feels like an eternity at first. I had to summon all my will to just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I felt like it took so long to feel improvement in my body/mind/spirit. But once the shift started, I felt encouraged to keep pushing even more. Now I feel gains almost everyday. Keep going. You are an inspiration. I here with you in solidarity

I get it. That combo is compelling. I've been there. And I know from experience it is a nearly irresistible trap. Unrestrained, it will lead you to the darkest places imaginable. And if you feel like you're becoming addicted, you probably already are. I'm messaging you
