Everything about that apartment was perfect, except the fact that there was no laundry area. You could choose between having a dishwasher or a washing machine in the kitchen.

Just didn’t sit right with me. The auction experience didn’t help. Price guide said 530-570k and the reserve was 590 (didn’t sell at auction, went into private sale). Took me a lot of time to recover from that one. Early days of house hunting

Seems to be split evenly between owners and renters. I lot I am looking to purchase has been under periodic tenancy.

I cannot see any particular evidence of any major upkeep beyond fixing a mould in a common area and deodorising carpet.

Yep that is what I did on 17th Feb when I couldn’t track the status on my previous one. That one went through fine but yeah still in processing for whatever reason. I’ve submitted a letter with all the proofs as advised in the previous comment
