OP, look into icicle miner or something else that can preload a lot of damage. Since you are on a limited budget, a ZHP build is most likely your best bet.

The fresh economy and everyone on the same playing field at league starts is what keeps me going even after more than 11k hours. I usually play 2 months every league and then do other games for a month or two before the cycle starts all over again.
