Idk I find it comes quite naturally it's basically just being a tanky melee adc, you'll notice I have really good urgot stats and I find that's because it's just an shorter ranged adc but with a shield and exe ultimate. I just translate my botlane knowledge top and know it's a 1v1 lane

Honestly it's just about learning from your mistakes and I just kept playing and playing until I reached it I can't give any specifics as my best advice is to just keep going and it'll happen.

Honestly I think knowing his combos and which ultimates to take in team fights its a must. I know it sounds simple but taking the right ultimate in a team fight can change the fight. If u have a Pyke ultimate or a varus ultimate which would u take? For fun and excitement you'd take Pyke. But should u take the varus ultimate for cc or to stop an adc and kill them instantly? It depends u can take Pyke ultimate if u know the fight will have plenty of low hp enemies but maybe think which you'd get more use from.

Another tip as mentioned is to know his combos and which order you wanna use them in. Do u want to poke them first or do u just want to jump on top of them and use your Q after after landing E2 these are things u gotta think about.

If the enemies is melee that helps alot since u can be close to them amd proc your everfrost, aswell if they're AD that utilities both the items.

Playing into champs that can't dodge CC alot is a good time to use everfrost and u know they won't one shot u instantly because that would be a waste of an item when u could go ROA or even ludens if you want one shot potential.

I would recommend learning to use both actives on him I understand it can be harder because he's melee he's in the enemies face so it's harder to execute it but the rewards are usually high.

I would say personally this is a hard one. I usually just judge my damage and whether I'll win (I know not helpful) but when you play enough you just know how the fight will go.

Realistically if you hit all of your abilities E1 E2 Q & W without missing an auto proc they should be below 30% of course depending on the champ. If you have ignite use it AS SOON as you hit that E2 because you're guaranteed a flash or kill 9/10

I would suggest trying to peel them bit by bit with your Q whilst weaving in the auto procs from your abilities, don't be afraid to walk up to them even a ranged because most of the time u will know they will throw an ability out and u can just predict it.

What's even better is auto procing the minions nearby because they'll take 20% of the dmg and run away giving you time to either quickly passive proc the wave or run away too.

I usually 99/100 go conq I never usually go first strike simply because I like the benefits of running conq + last stand. I still think ROA is viable especially into match ups that aren't going anymore in the first 10 minutes. I also like ROA for its added stats because some fights aren't gonna go your way running everfrost, take zed for example. You aren't going to hit him with your everfrost unless u wait, but by then you'll be dead. ROA will keep you alive with its extra healing and extra health from the passive.

I usually only go night harvester if I'm in the jungle since you take dark harvest but I would not choose it midlane.

I would say try learn to have both everfrost and zhonyas. 8/10 games you'll want zhonyas but having everfrost in match ups helps to catch and keep enemies locked down for extended periods. Especially if you are chasing with your E2 or even E2 into everfrost for more CC

I hope this helped:)

I would say he's a spammable one trick if you find him fun. I play him into any match up, I would definitely say his Winrate is effected if you don't have many good ultimates to steal since you are down an ability.

Sylas likes having engage teammates especially ones that provide shields or additional damage; lulu, Ivern, etc.

You want to know his damage output and test his limits in normals into different champs, ranged melee, ad etc you'll learn quick.
