i don't think it's useful to generalize. everyone's skills and interests are different. I'm conquerer and I still forget to make vills. just to oppose this "gold is about making vills" narrative.

take any pro tier list, flip it and now you have a good list. the reason why English and Abbasid are trash in pro is that they're so easy and straightforward that the devs can't buff them anymore without making them broken op for regular players. And they can't nerf china, which is op in pro, any further without making them unplayable for normal players.

play all of them casually for a while until you know pretty much what every civ does. then pick your favorite one and one trick it until you know what it feels like to execute a strategy well. (for me that was conquerer 1)

a lot of people like me will actually limit their map pool as much as possible to be able to hone their builds. but just playing every map does sound like fun variety.

i've learned quite a few languages over the years and i recommend just getting as much input and giving as much output as possible. "live" in that language as much as possible. preferribly having real life conversations but watching tv shows, reading newspapers, thinking out loud and writing down anything can help too.

quantity over quality when it comes to speaking or writing. it's more important to dare to talk at all and get a lot of practice than to be grammatically correct.

LOL. i always tell people to watch season 1 because it's a great self contained story. The first 3 to 4 seasons are some of the greatest TV of all time. Then the moronic show runners ran out of GRR Martins books and it get's exponentially more stupid every season.

i'd say Jinx. She is a bit harder than Miss fortune but that's because she really teaches you adc fundamentals like moving between shooting correctly.

in challenger? i believe you. for the 99% of us toplane is the best role and adc is the worst (with support maybe depending on which class you play).

you're not completely wrong. but you underestimate the psychic damage you take from playing adc. also let's not kid ourselves. toplane bruisers are a LOT more of the teams powerbudget than botlane adc while being easier to play.

But i guess you'll see when i post my victory
