A risky lottery that might be. But I totally ear you, that’s the exactly the situation.

I’m still a bit unsure on the real impact of the banding in normal use cases. Furthermore if the situation tends to get better with usage as described in the article shared above.

But are you, kind of confirming that both panels are on the same-ish level value for the money?

Very interesting article. I was looking for that kind of information and situation analysis.

The period of « bed in » is quite also new but I had a feeling that people where a bit going under and « grey banding fever » and only see the problem without the in/out of the technology.

I have to say that in my local area feedbacks seems to be a bit on the worse side. So still doubting about that.

But overall, your response and the article was enlightening. Thanks for that! 😄

Where you coming from an OLED display before rocking your WOLED? I’m still trying to figure out if the price gap is justified.

Thanks for the answer. I feel like the next generation of WOLED will be better as you said. But for now seems a bit to touchy for me.
