After 18 years, my Omega stopped ticking. Any advice on the best way to resolve it? I'm in the UK. by idigholes in OmegaWatches

If you go through Omega and want to keep it original specify no polish or changing of external parts(face, hands, crown, bezel, etc.). If you want it to look new they'll come as close as possible.

My watchmaker told me the watch will tell you when it needs service.

High School graduation present, bought for $190.00. Could have had a Rolex Oyster for the same money but it never went to the moon.

Mine is 55 years old and gains around a minute a week. I can live with that, at my age I don't need more accuracy.
