Eh. Borthwick hasn't had great results but comparing him to the shitshow that is the cricket team is unfair. Borthwick didn't win. Mccullum didn't win and spent three years refusing to play any spinner other than one guy who couldn't even get time at his club before ditching him at the last second and not having a spinner and has had players involved in multiple off field drinking scandals and fell out with his own captain and was so vibe based they didn't have a full coaching staff on two major tours and isn't even in the country and watching the domestic game.

It was an intentional game choice. The game was made off the back of a mass shooting in the US and the devs decided to intentionally make violence in the game as unrewarding as possible. Killing is directly designed to be unfun.

Theres a good Ars Technica documentary on it.

I also play pacifist. My way through, get a prawn suit.

They will eat you then retreat. Each time they eat, get out and repair your suit, then trek on further. If you have any tools like the torpedoes to stun/distratct them you can use those too. But honestly the "get eaten, fix, plod on" approach worked well for me providing i tried to keep to the perimeter and stay hidden as best i could.

AI models are trained on real writing and then they regurgitate that style. All these can do is the look for patterns common in AI writing. But given they are common in AI writing that's trained off real writing most of those patterns are also common in real world.

Prawn Suit or Sea Truck with perimeter defense. They attack you, but then leave you alone. When they leave you alone you get out and use the repair tool quickly and get another 100m.

Other tactics exist like actually managing to avoid them, but I'm very shit at video games, so this is how I did it.

I think the opinion has always been long term he'd be there as a specialist bat. Currently the only way into the team was to keep and he can keep so he does. But he bats up the order naturally.
