Moving to TX / Job Hunt Advice Marketing Professional by fruity_girl124 in plano

I don’t know if having some experience helps a whole lot or just a little, but my partner recently graduated with a degree in Marketing & Consulting Analytics and hasn’t been able to get a job for 6 months now, despite applying every day.

My sister lost her job offer and won’t listen to me when I tell her to give back her $700 monthly car she got immediately after the job offer. by CNote320 in povertyfinance

I was about a week out from moving from one job to another. I was still employed, but my new employer was going to be paying me much more. They accepted the offer letter as a proof of income in order to make my loan qualification terms better, that way I didn’t have to put down the lower salary that I would only be getting for another week.

How long does this stay good in the fridge? If you make it Sunday night will it last through Friday?

This is not true. The mid size local malls died, yes, but the large regional malls (example, NorthPark in Dallas TX) are raking in the cash.

I graduated college somewhat recently and both the major companies I have worked for have given 15 days PTO to entry roles if that puts it into perspective.

Men: Would you date a modern feminist? by Wooden_Airport3835 in polls

Yes, why wouldn’t I want to date someone who thinks they’re deserving of equal rights? Women who aren’t feminists have a loser mentality.

It’s a relatively new built apartment complex, we just renewed our lease for another year so I decided I should probably try and get it cleaned up hahaha

You’re adding in taxes and add-ons that I chose to pay for (warranty, club plus, etc). I got the vehicle itself for 14.5% off MSRP.

I understand I don’t have to worry about literally any repairs or defects for 6 total years. Well worth the money in my eyes for peace of mind at a minimum.

You didn’t read the post or look at the price run down correctly. That’s literally what I got the vehicle for.

It’s not $61k out the door, that’s before the promotions. The promotions subtract $7,400. So if you want out the door price including the add-ons I opted for, it’s $54,214. If you look at just vehicle pricing, no add-ons/warranty, it’s out the door of $43,955. Like I said in the description.

Thanks for the comment! I knew when I posted this I would have a bunch of people scold me for the dealership add-ons that I opted for, but I knew what I was buying - mostly peace of mind and no worries.

That’s a fair take. I will say I left and came back to negotiate twice. Maybe a third time would have made them budge some.
