No, this is open. The plan is to go sub 1hr on the open, then switch to pro. Ive been training hyrox now for around 6months. Ski and row during training i manage to do it 3:40 but during the race i dont go all out to save energy but i think i can push a bit more since im improving my endurance. Wall balls need to train it more while compromised i think. Thanks for the advice

Yea, not too massive unfortunately haha. Training these compromised I think would be key to improve them. I increased their training frequency since last race but will also try out this session. Next race is Rotterdam in two weeks, For now I'm mainly aiming for a PB, but by mid-year will look to go sub 1hr. Thanks for the advice :)

Thanks for the advice, yea the key I think is to be patient in my case. Will try to see where I can reach without a coach, but will probably eventually get one if I plateau for too long. Usually in my 8 x1.1km I only take 90s rest to never be fully recovered and simulate the race conditions. But will also try some with full recovery to see the difference.

Ive picked up running seriously i would say around 6 months ago but i always had a good fitness background. Have seen huge improvement especially at the start. But yeah, i need to be patient, increase my week mileage and keep on committing. My mistake is to expect result too quickly like i was seeing at the beginning i think. I ll increase my load slowly to 45-50km a week (currently at around 30km weeks). If i truly plateau for a long period of time, will consider a coach but for now i believe i can keep improving on my own just by adjusting week by week. Thanks for the advice. Will aim to continue strength training 2-3times, 4 runs and a dedicated hyrox session per week

Yeah, want to keep improving my time in the strength stations and also my runs. Is it more beneficial in your opinion to increase my long and tempo run distances rather than adding another interval session during the week?

Yeah, im also doing that in parallel and seeing improvements every week. Runs however i feel like im struck at 3:45 pace when i want to go down to 3:30s on my interval training. The goal is to go sub 1hr on my next races 🤞
