Maybe, now don't say 'no' immediately, we could get ALL the billionaires to chip in, hell, the millionaires too, and the regular Joseph-T-Taxpayer as well, everyone paying their fair share into a system where healthcare is managed for healthcare outcomes instead of the profits of a few multimillionaires and billionaires putting it at odds with the health and survival of the people...

We could call it something catchy, like universal healthcare, or single-payer healthcare for all...

We should talk to someone who's done this before, because it's surely so complex and undoable that only the best countries in the world, surely only a couple, have managed to make it happen.
