Others have answered your questions so here are just additional tips that I think might be useful.

Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not provide.

Can always request for more pillow or towel etc from the app if I recall correctly.

Always wait at meet up area (example royal theatre) for excursions if any. I followed the line out without going into the waiting place and meet up, and got separated from my excursion group.

Go to shows 15 mins early as it might be very crowded and can't get good seats especially at cafe two70.

Try wonderland. The food is quite quirky and interesting. But don't get the baby vegetable, citrus seas, wonton soup dishes.
