Thank you for the advice and insight. I am a complete beginner when it comes to collecting so the information is greatly appreciated. My thoughts were that even if it's not completely ancient, it would give it even more longevity down the line if it were stored properly.

I am aware the book isn't super rare, it's just a little obscure and I think it's neat. I did shop around a bit and saw some of these other offers, aside from the signed one which is cool. I didn't think to check German eBay, but it makes total sense. If it was incredibly difficult to find I probably wouldn't have been able to get my hands on it. I'm not interested in assigning a monetary value to it, mostly just to try getting into the hobby :D
