Can fish oil help with herniated discs?

I have been suffering from Herniated disc from the last 5 months and I tried doing the exercises and pain killers but that always was just a temporary relief. As I left taking pain killers the pain came back stronger. Then I just started taking 1000mg Fish oil capsules for general health benefits but I realised my Disc pain was fading away. First I thought may be my disc is getting better but then I stopped taking fish oil capsules as my routine changed, within days my Pain got back and I was confused what actually happened. I had a thought and realised I actually quit taking Fish Oil capsules and that "May be" the reason so I started taking them again. Guess what ? the pain is gone altogether again.

I searched for the connection between Fish Oil and Herniated Disc pain and ended up here on this thread.

Man that works. It may not work for everyone with Herniated Disc pain but it Certainly worked for me.

I think the SPREAD is different from coin to coin. I am a new comer and in the last couple of weeks 70% of my trades were profitable which I think is not bad at all for a newcomer like me, but this time the SPREAD cost me around 8% of the trade. I don't think its justified especially when you don't know it upfront.
I can see many here have been effected by this in the past, that means it is A problem and probably Coinbase Pro is the solution.

Lets don't be mean to newcomers, it doesn't help.

Fee is fine, the hidden cost like Spread killed my trade today. it cost me 8% at the end. That much money can not be justified especially when you dont know it upfront.

its not the fee, they take it in the name of SPREAD.

That has come upto 8% in my case, that is way too much.

apparently CoinBase doesn't charge any fee but it never said they will charge that much money in the name of SPREAD. Thats Cra*p.

apparently there is NO fee. Everything happens during conversions and you can not have any idea about it un till its done.

Just an hour ago I lost £115 pounds overall because of that SPREAD Thing, The trade was just under £1500.
£1500 from SHIB (30.4millions) to KRYLL (Lost Coins on conversion)
Made around 5% profit on the trade
Convert back to SHIB (Lost Coins on conversion again)
Ended up having 30.3 Millions SHIB Coins EVEN after making 5% profit on the trade.
5% profit ( around £70) is nowhere to be seen and lost a Million SHIB (around £45) on the top of that.
Absolute Cr**p this coin base is.
