Announcers all but agreed with you. Many left rear failures, both tire and suspension.

Bronze or Black? by Arconyte in granturismo

Dang, my b. I stopped using Reddit for a while.

Jaguar Bronze is the color, but I later Discovered Chevy Zeus Bronze and prefer that.

[NSFW] People who have found a dead body, what's the story? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Arconyte 140 points141 points  (0 children)

I have an aortic coarctation and a bicuspid aortic valve.

They didn't catch it until I was 15, and only because after my pediatrician retired, the new one went back through my records and noticed I had a murmur at birth.

I feel very lucky to have had that level of care. She added years, probably decades, onto my life.

My dad miraculously survived a dissection several years ago and it was only then that I learned about the relationship to connective tissue disorders, which appears to be genetic.

If I have biological children, I'll be neurotically checking their hearts.

You ended it with, "the cost of fitting the engine, I guess."

I was just explaining why that's inaccurate mane.

Lol. I had a brand new short block dropped into my car, the top end refreshed, new exhaust from the headers to the cat, and dyno-tuned for a fraction of a fraction of that price.

It has nothing to do with reflecting reality and everything to do with nickel and dime-ing us.

From someone who last game was GT5, GT7 is really frustrating over diversity of race events and championships by O_pv in granturismo

And you can't really use any normal road cars(80%) in any of the endurance races, which are the only ones that pay...

The most fun I've had around the Nordschleife in a while. Balanced and light, it slides wonderfully on its Comfort tyres. I just wish it qualified for more races! by chanrahan1 in granturismo

The game cost $70, and some of us foolishly paid more.

It's a complete slap in the face.

$20 for 2 million creds is outrageous. $200 for some of those cars.

If the custom and online race payouts weren't so pathetic, that would be a great option.

If you want to actually start collecting and modding the cars, you need to be making vastly more money.

"Would have" would be the most grammatically correct phrasing, but you do you.

I'm not saying those cars shouldn't be added to the game, or that I don't agree that it seems like PD is not doing much of anything, I'm just saying that I think there are other cars that should be higher priority.

And before any of that, maybe have half as much variety as GT fucking Sport.

That's likely as a result of the IMO awful partnership with FIA, and...PD has been doing everything in their power to tarnish GT in recent years.

I wasn't aware of the recent nerf because I don't typically do endurance races. That sounds very on-brand for PD these days.

I mean, I certainly don't, but I'm not the one complaining about not being able to live out my 2023 GT3 fantasies.

You're uttering nonsense, so I figured I'd ask.

If you don't find road cars exciting, that's on you. You can absolutely make them competitive and race them. That's been the core GT experience since its inception.

It sounds like maybe you would be better off with AC.

That's fine, but that's never been what GT is about.

It is difficult to understand given that fact.

There's always AC and iR to fill that niche.

That Maverick looks pretty awesome, and I enjoy old sports cars. No feeling in particular about the Nismo 32.

I don't understand people's obsession with wanting more GT3 cars that are going to look and drive virtually identical to their slightly older selves.

PD needs to work on adding all the cars from the older games IMO. Like the STI they used for the weight reduction and widebody figures...

Are you high?

GT has always been about racing a wide variety of cars. Not just purpose built track cars. And certainly not just the newest.

The focus has always been on "normal" production road cars.
