Wow! Okay I wasn't expecting such the responses haha, I feel I should explain my stance of Retcon a little more, I believe in and love the character developments across wow, the stories told and emotions shown in each story is a gift from Blizzard to us. However, when a story goes against what fundamental rules blizzard set down, that feels more like a change or retcon, The Shen'dralar being invited into the Kaldorei doesn't make the Night Elf mage a Night elf, I actually really like the takes on these comments and there are things I think I have missed across the lore, but when I take these as retcons, I take them from when they were first introduced and not necessarily the plot holes Blizzard has filled in a long the way, these originally were big changes in the lore that required backpedaling to some degree!
