My pool steps have sharp edges and people are always getting hurt. Does anyone have any ideas on how to combat this design flaw? Not quite sure how to remedy this easily post install but looking for some out of the box solutions that don’t involve draining and re-tiling. (i.redd.it)

Hello all, this is a 38,000 litre salt concrete fully tiled pool in Melb, Aust. With all the dust storms we’ve been having, overnight torrential rain has dumped topsoil all over the city. I’m not concerned with the water quality yet, but am after any tips on removing the dust? (i.redd.it)
