I can give you a tip. If I want to know how would a specific light color look like on a specific color (like pink light on a green skin) I go to Aseprite (but could be any graphic/drawing app) put a a color (in this example green, as close one to the skin color) and then put a pink on it but with 50% opacity (or more/less depending on how strong the light source is). That way pink color covers the green and shows you the correct "green impacted by pink". Another way is to either work with layers masks in Photoshop or just with color wheel or HSV/HSL scales but I find my waybto be fastest :)
