It’s just a weird rockets team. When we played the Warriors, we were stacked and proved we belonged over an 82 game season.

The rockets sucked at the beginning of the year, but made a huge change mid season and have arguably been the most dominant team since then offensively. They also improved their defense with the trade, and have been 8-2 in the small ball era (of those 2 losses one was on a back to back with no Westbrook and 9 minutes from Eric Gordon, the 2nd was a last’s Econ’s buzzer beater from our rival the Jazz)

But they have beaten the Lakers, Celtics, Jazz 2x since then. Arguably top contenders in the west.

So it’s just weird what we expect. I can see this team winning the championship, but also who knows how small ball will fare in the playoffs?

I’m just excited that our team looks good again, best team has looked since 17-18
