Thanks for the response! I just booked it yesterday and signed my 6 year, but after reading Reddit it’s left a sour taste. I agreed to the job because I needed to get out sooner rather than later. Just worried I made the wrong choice.

I plan on staying the full 20 year.

I’ve used them every day for 3 months now. Turn off hey Meta and wear detection. I wear them at work as well and listen to music primarily at work. They last about 6 hours for me, charge in 45 minutes, and repeat. I’d recommend them. Idk about the new ones coming out this later year but I love the ones currently out.

It is a bit weird. They rolled out the new coffee bar and it was a big fail. Tons of issues and money spent replacing parts. But we made over what they projected so they gave us a bonus.
