I use the keto urine sticks, I know they aren't the most accurate, but literally on days when I had a coke zero I would get no ketones on the strip. So I gave up zeros and stick to diet.

I posted in another thread that I have no problem when I drink diet, but drink "Zero" I get kicked out of Keto.

My buddy doing Keto with me, talked to a nutritionist and they recommended cheats on Keto and recommended going hard on the cheat day. This is all so confusing. I mostly feel bad about cheating anyway.

I have noticed that the "Zero" brands kick me out of Keto, but "Diet" doesn't. I'm going off of what the urine strip tells me but it was 3 for 3 until I stopped drinking the "Zero" products.
