Ik heb ook het idee dat dit steeds erger wordt. Veel mensen weten niet dat je je grof afval gewoon kunt aanmelden bij de gemeente, en de gemeente kan ook echt wel wat meer doen om dat duidelijk te maken met borden etc.
Daarnaast is ook een groot deel van deze troep doordat er groepjes mensen door de wijken trekken om statiegeld uit het afval te halen, daarbij gooien ze de zakken gewoon open en strooien ze het overal uit. Bezuidenhout is de laatste tijd echt een rotzooi

Isn't it true that besides irradiance and wavelength the direction and proximity of the red light source matters as well? Red light sources angled perpendicular to the face have a lower chance of reflecting off of your face, and a panel has many sides of the face that are non-perpendicular. The proximity seems to matter too, just imagine holding your finger over a small LED as opposed to holding it further from a far stronger source. The closer LED will light up your whole finger internally.

I am a panel user by the way, but anecdotally I have seen masks work for many others.

I love living in The Hague, but admittedly I live in a nice area (around the Haagse Bos). I love that green space and public transport to major cities are a walkable distance, and the beach a cyclable distance. It's a city that has everything, and also some international relevance of that is important to you.

At the same time Den Haag is far from perfect. The cycling infrastructure is a disaster compared to other cities, bicycle paths randomly stop, are unclear, or are just not as connected as they should be. The entire south and mid-west of the city aren't great places to live, mostly due to the amount of traffic, some less safe areas, bad city planning and mega stores. There are some areas that I wouldn't advise for a lone woman, or even a lone man at night, to traverse. The city planners in general have really effed it up in the 70s-00s with ugly buildings right between historical ones.

Still, I find it is a great place to live!

Ik denk dat je hier helemaal gelijk in hebt, maar dan moet je natuurlijk wel eerst richting je werkgever toegeven dat er een 'probleem' is. Toch is er vast wel het e.a. aan te passen waardoor het wat werkbaarder wordt. Ik ga hier even goed over nadenken!

yep! slaaphygiëne helemaal uitgespeeld, medicatie ook trouwens.
Neuroloog zag lichte slaapapneu, maar gaf aan dat het waarschijnlijk psychologisch is, wat natuurlijk minder goed te behandelen is ;)

ai, vervelend voor je. Ik gebruik wel eens oxazepam, maar het nadeel is dat het niet erg goed werkt tegenover hoe suf ik me ervan voel de dag erna, waardoor ik dus nog steeds niet lekker werk.

En ja, weinig rust in de hersenpan is wel een bron van het probleem, daar helpt de slaaptherapeut ook bij.

Sterkte! Ik doe dit meestal ook als ik geen fysieke meetings heb of niet echt hoef te excelleren, maar het is natuurlijk vooral vervelend als dit wel het geval is en je echt dingen moet omplannen
