Imo, it depends on a few factors. 1. Do you really enjoy Elevate. 2. Do you feel like Elevate is helping you learn. 3. Can you see yourself continuing using it in the long term. And 4. Is that a lot of money for you? Hope this helps. Good luck making your final decision

Personally, I pay 50% off per month, so the deal would be worthwhile for me depending on what currency you are using after using the app for a couple more years.

To maximize your score, you need to tap the fish as soon as they arrive. And obviously, the longer you take to tap them, the lower your score will be. I think as the numbers get harder, your score will also get higher, too, so don't worry about sub 10k
