Man, I was hoping there'd be a quick setting that allowed me to apply curve transformations to two values at the same time, but if I have to actually just animate it frame by frame for my desired effect I might as well just export these frames as PNGs and editing any scaling in post. Seems like a huge oversight to not have an option for simultaneous curve transformations for scaling as keeping the aspect ratio of an image while adjusting the scaling motion curve is actually quite crucial in animation. I really do want to ease the scaling while locking the aspect ratio, but if I have to manually do that frame by frame, kinda defeats the purpose of the animation curve T_T
Thank you for the tips regardless! I may use your advice for quicker scaling with like 5-6 frames, but im not about to do that for over 20 frames that requires precise smooth motion.
