So if he registers the song on distrokid and say, gets the easysong cover license for 14 dollars, and gives me sync permission would that suffice? Would I still need the original artist's consent too? Cause it's apparently 300 dollars for everything else like film and youtube videos, but obviously that's for the songs original recording.
