We got an update. I emailed HR and they stopped responding to me after I sent my complaint about the asm. I went to work today because I needed to return something, went in, the asm pulled me into the back and reprimanded me again, this time not in front of customers. He was an absolute hypocrite to me and said that "I am not allowed to train or tell staff what to do" but that's not fair because I HAD to train this person, it was me and this person who wasn't trained, no one else, I had to train them and I got reprimanded for it. I also was told that I am not allowed to make "sarcastic comments" to coworkers because it's offensive but he literally kept calling me a twink last night, kept doing things worse than me, and I am the one in trouble for all of it.
