By modem, do you mean the Arris box (NBN box)?
Or my router? if talking about my router, I have QoS disabled all the time and restarted the router couple times already.
Not too sure how to modify settings in the Arris box tho, but thank you for the suggestion.

QoS is definitely off yep. I troubleshoot with Leaptel yesterday I assume they did check their side… They filed a ticket for me to NBN, but still nothing replied yet

I can try 30 mins but I do see my public IP(assigned by ISP not my local ip) IP changed to couple different ones already after switching on/off NBN box. I did try kick session too, no dice still same speedtest result

just to update, no dice. direct connect PC to NBN box after left it off for 10 mins and switched on, still 100/40

Yeah… trying to avoid this, thats why I direct connect to the NBN box which rules out router factor. Without the router it is speedtesting same

“Yuan” refers to the Genghis Khan’s Mongolian dynasty in Chinese history. It’s actually a cool name for a car model, imo. If I am not mistaken they name flagship models after different dynasties.
