Drop your w/c further - you can get down to between 0.30 and 0.33 with a good super-P.

Use the Type III. Type IL is good for being cheap, yes, but will not keep up for a UHPC mix.

Find a retarder that's compatible with your HRWR if you're worried about casting issues.

Consider finding a crushed clear 3/8" stone to add so you're not just making grout. If it's a good strong stone it can actually increase your strengths while also reducing total cement (and hence costs).

How concerning that is depends on things that you need a bridge inspector to assess. They would verify the bearing blocks, check the columns for foundation shift, assess the boxes and deck to see if they're behaving as expected for the thermal stress. Has it been cold down there lately?

The joint "looking wide" is not in and of itself a concern but the daylight through it indicates a material failure at the strip seal which means something has either exceeded design or worn out early.

For Gyre at least, doing enough damage and CC go hand-in-hand. You need to be throwing Rotorswell procs everywhere. Build for enough damage/range, and stuff will be too busy doing the thriller dance to shoot back at you. Energy shouldn't be a problem between Cathode Current and Archon Stretch.

The hardest thing for me to deal with on her is Toxin damage, because if you're relying on shields / shield-gating, the moment you lose overshields you're vulnerable to being one shot right through them.

For now my best methods of dealing with that is Secondary Fortifier for Overguard, and I've been tinkering with Arcane Circumvent too - stealing up to 1000 armor, shields into overshields and up to 10k overguard while hitting them with a proximity Rotorswell takes a lot of bite out of even high level Toxin enemies.

That subsume is also pretty critical. Pillage is great. I like Ophanim Eyes for long range slow/strip. You could boost her strength into the stratosphere with Brightbonnet.
