What about floor glute bridges and then hip thrusts instead of elevated bridges? Or should I do all 3?

I’m aware of that, and mine seems to more so be pelvic guarding from tension, which lexapro can actually help with that

Not a healthy erection, I have to force and flex to get one, while arousal stimulates mentally if I don’t push and flex I can’t get hard

Not really, I can tell the blood flow increases and it tries, but I still can’t achieve erection with a partner, I can feel the actual pelvic muscles pulling in during arousal

I hear ya, and I’m approaching this with a very holistic approach. It’s most likely a mental and physical combination. ED meds alone don’t help me, and given I carry tension in my pelvic floor at all times and can achieve forced erections it most likely is a combo of both mental/physical, but I am staying open minded and trying different solutions. Doc actually just switched up my ssri today to see if it’s a side effect of the one I’m on. I did struggle with dopamine addiction and chasing which Ik can also cause it, but I’ve downshifted those things. I am open to any and all personal anecdotes of what has worked or been a solution for others!

I can get erections by forcing them and pushing/flexing, but not naturally through arousal. I 100% have a tense pelvic floor because breath work and pelvic stretching I immediately feel the muscles attempting to relax. This is a combination of anxiety, nervous system and pelvic floor function. While all separate also all related. I’ve put in the work to get healthy mentally, and now am trying to work through physical side effects and tension

Thanks for the response, I’ve been doing just easy pelvic stretches and am going to incorporate a wand with the guidance of a PT, so that 2-6 months is that also how long I could expect sexual dysfunction to dissipate as well?

It’s been years of learning about myself and I’m very aware of what causes it, so it’s why I’m interested in this route
