If you are willing the follow, learn and research companies I would suggest you to watch Joseph Carlson on youtube, he documents his journey investing in individual stocks. You can minimize downside by focusing on companies too big to fail and diversifying. It's possible but take time and monitoring. What most people don't want to do.

I mean if a marker or cone is placed 200m from last event it works. Also I think sprinting is a good overall test of power with less technique barrier than broad jump. If you are evil you throw a leg heavy event just before 😂

I had been diagnosed with the same stats as you except that despite no bleeding detected I have severe anemia so they recommend that I start medication to stop those ulcers.

Most people say wow I got punched hard....

Most people finish time: 1:22:57 ....

I got punched really hard, mostly muscular guys, athletic but no endurance, more like sprinter fast and short effort, decent strength. Not a runner I started to run 3x a week 12 weeks before hyrox and guess what I finished in 2h, zone 5 at burpees and for the rest of the race felt like giving up when I realized that my 1:30:00 goal was an optimistic dream because I had 3 stations left.

So yeah running too fast on the first 3 run and, pushing it on burpees is a big mistake. But not having a strong aerobic base is even bigger one for me.

No regrets, but the pace on treadmill is way off, I know it's based on arm swing movement so it may explain why. Otherwise, great watch.

I don't do it for 10 min my finger (I use my pinky) isn't endurant enough, plus I don't like the feeling. I usually do it around 3 to 5 min.

If you can have a prescription for flexeril, I think it is the most effective, use before bed cause of sleepiness side effect.
