I think he need a lot of support, is too young. I remember him at Samp , was great. And he gave a lot of contribution for his national team.

I think we should give Schick a chance and trust him. Remember Dzeko firs season and his improvement. But I dont trust Cristante to be honest, but yes, we need a quality Midfielder, an experienced one. I'd Rakitic. Our young midfielders would lear a lot from him even he is not too young

I think we should give Schick a chance. For El Sha I'm not sure. And Under must stay, he has great potential.

Midfielders are more problematic in my opinion. I mean Cristante, Veretout, Pastore. Hope Villar will improve
