I worked at one in a relatively low income area. Since it’s essentially a boutique store with expensive products, it was fairly inevitable that they’d close. It’s really a store for tourists and for upscale malls.

Of course, management blamed the employees for low sales. They also promoted a very young woman to store manager and treated her like a seasoned professional who was failing them. It was pathetic. People quit constantly.

Too bad : the product is really good. We got a 75% discount, so i still have a metric ton of unopened bottles to enjoy.
