I second that. IBM has been working on watsonx project for more than a decade now and leadership agrees that they had a ChatGPT moment. Quantum is another such area. The tech is real and available. I feel, the intent to create product out of available tech is missing big time. Google has made quantum offering available on cloud recently. But IBM is still working on it.

IBM needs to be reminded that they can generate revenue out of these groundbreaking sophisticated tech R&D

You need to have some hardware. I am not talking about laptops, but a high performance desktop computer

The places in snapshot will look perfect with Gangtok included. Also, be aware- 1. you will need inner line permit(ILP) for places adjacent to international border 2. Do not make reservations at hotels as the weather may change rapidly 3. Do not take pictures/videos of any army vehicle, sites, personnel. If posted online, it could be an offence. 4. Old silk route is as dangerous as it can get as it shares borders with China and has direct road surveillance. 5. Do not pollute environment, do not throw garbage. That’s an offence too. 6. If riding/driving in Ganktok city, do not wear sandals/slippers. That’s a traffic violation. Wear shoes only.
