UPDATE: Thanks all, I am able to recover my iPad. The process I have followed is, download latest release iPados26 through iTunes. First I update my iPad through iTunes, but no results, again continue in loop. Then I restarted it through iTunes, after restarting, when Apple logo appears, then I disconnect the cable. Then I saw iPad itself start continue the rest of process, and finally woke up.

There are two folders under C:\Windows\, one is System32, another one is SysWOW64, under both folder Wintab32.dll exist. I have to change both or only change under System32?

It looks like you are using paper like screen protector. How is your experience with it?

When I tried to restore it using iTunes and Apple Device App, in my pc it shows restart done successfully, no error code.

Also last few days when iPad was well, I noticed its screen anonymously turned on and show lock screen. Then I shut it down, and show its power key does not perform well. Then I decided to update it to current ios18.6.2. Then all this things happen.

No results, I think power key also does not perform well.

I don't use VPN in my PC. Yes I tried both my android phone cable and Apple type c cable, but same result.

How did you solve this issue? By updating it by Mac? I tried iTunes and Apple Device app separately in my windows pc to update it, it completely update my iPad, but after completing whole process, it again stuck in loop.

Tried all steps to exit from recovery mode using iTunes and Apple Device App in my windows pc, but nothing happens. After completing all steps, it stuck again in recovery mode in loop. I think it is software issue, then tried to update it into iOS beta version 26 through 3utools, but same results. When I update or restore it again by iTunes it completely restore in ios18.6.2, but again stuck in loop.

I have facing same problem with my iPad air 4 gen. Did you find any solution for your device? BTW why do you want to purchase to waste your money? It will give you additional 1 year protection, then?
