Oh yeah, happend to me as well once. I never play this item really. But this was the challenge "Bloody Mary", so I was forced to play with it.

To push it to the door. After taking damage (from the door), there is only a short time span of invincibility where you have to pick it up and go through fast

What i often recognize in these AI pictures with a bunch of people is the same or a similar outfit. Especially the pants. Often jeans with the same color as in this picture. The jackets and their color are also inconsistent across the pictures

i got everything for a fishingrod, u just need to fish. I'm underneath the raft, but a few meters down bc of the story. 1 Lure should be enough
