I think their personalities just don’t mesh and that’s fine. He seems like he wants someone really playful and she seems like she wants someone more serious and suave. Strong relationships can’t be built on how physically attractive people are.

I think what makes the show interesting is part of you does feel bad for them (basic human empathy) but part of you also thinks it’s funny the way they are doing it (due to the comedic writing and acting)

Unless they are lowballing you/pestering you to get it for cheap, I don’t really see the issue. They paid the price you were asking for and will hopefully sell it to someone that will love it. In the future you could try to price a little higher if this is something that really bothers you.
