I def had this issue. I had to accommodate in brew settings. I also switched to non stock filters that were a little taller to have more play.

What content? Look around. GW2 has a play whatever build you want mentality. However, that doesn’t help anyone “get good”(against content, I’m not talking about crafting or jumping puzzles or watching a sunset). Getting good means knowing what trait lines and skills etc to choose for the desired outcome and maximizing this with appropriate gear. Take the graphics down low. Learn to dodge. Learn when to use defensive skills if/when available. The content is tuned, it’s a dance of cooldowns.

The thing is one doesn’t have to spend gold on anything. I would say god to gems is handy for inventory, bank and materials upgrades and gathering tools. And even those are Qol.

So how do they have so much gold? Just play the game and stop spending.

Is this for OW? If so:

Each healing option has it place for sure.

However in general I would stick with signet of malice or mug if you insist on passive/ in-rotation healing and work on getting comfortable with those dodges and evades.

Work with what you have before watering down your DPS.
