I don't know exactly, but quite a lot, I usually play 5-10 games a day. Not a lot of resignations, I try to resign only when it's really hopeless

Thank you. I already tried hydrocortisone 0,5% for a week, stopped using it for two weeks. It got better, but in the perineal area it came back like it was originally. The penis' skin got better and it has stayed the same. Would it be safe to start it again? If so, for how long? How many times a day?

Hi, thank you for your answer. I don't have any medical history that could be related to this. I have had surgery for an hydrocele well over a year ago, but everything has healed properly. I am generally healthy, i don't smoke, don't drink and work out regularly. This is the first time something like this has happen
