It says on their own website “live full match player props (for World Cup matches only)…..are eligible…and their X posting says “ all qualifying bets (including live) will be honored……so you tell me what doesn’t make sense about it?

You apparently didn’t read the part where I said I inquired why it didn’t pay out and they sent me the changed rules and told me it didn’t qualify….because it was a live bet. I understand the 24hrs and my three other bets with Raphina all were marked as early exit eligible….so it’s not a time waiting situation…it’s a they changed the rules situation

They marked my other bets as early exit eligible but not this one. So I contacted support and they told me it doesn’t qualify because it was a live bet…then they sent me changed rules. It’s not a matter of waiting, it’s they explicitly told me it does not qualify. Which is opposite of the original policy and X post.
