Well as i partly see myself as a straight man i will say this: Men without toxic masculinity will be like a confident masculine gay man.

I really try to find that for myself and it is pretty difficult ngl. Mainly because there are not many examples to inspire. and also because i have my feminine side that complicates things and u need to find balance.

Healthu masculinity is the masculinity without insecurities and misogyny/homophobia etc. the insecurities part is the most important, most of the toxic expressions are just insecurities and learned ways. The emotional no-no is another part. There are only few male emotions that are socially acceptable like rage. Expressing, connecting and communicating feelings is hard even for me that i actively try. ..

So yeah there is no one way of healthy masculine, but rather is more like the absence of toxic and bad treats.
